We can hand hew timbers for stunning trusses or set your product up on a computerized CNC machine.
Even after 40 years, some of our original custom doors can still be seen in prestigious neighborhoods across Houston. In fact, they were designed and built by the same owner we have today. While cheap imports started to threaten small American manufacturers in the 1980s, Delta Millwork withstood the attack by diversifying its millwork products. In fact, Delta remains known for its quality doors built in America, right in their own shop. So whether our customers want louvered doors, barn doors or a design borrowed from colonial times, we have the knowledge and equipment for any residential and commercial job.
Our specialties also include mantels, shutters and stair treads. For example, we can help home builders design their own line of easy-to-install fireplace mantels. These mantels are built with precision CNC machines. It makes every installation consistent, instead of relying on erratic job-built mantels.
Mouldings are another specialty. Delta stocks a complete library of standard moulding knives that covers most stock profiles. We can also custom grind any profile needed in just a day or two with our ultra-precision equipment.
